One place to do good, together
A platform where NGOs launch events, volunteers discover them, and every conversation and contributed hour lives in one place — from park cleanups to any good deed a community dreams up.

The situation
The NGOs we spoke to shared the same quiet chaos. Event sign-ups lived in spreadsheets, so nobody really knew who would show up until people did — or didn't. Communication with volunteers was scattered across WhatsApp groups, email threads, and private messages, and important updates routinely missed the people who needed them.
Meanwhile, the volunteers themselves — people giving real time and real effort — got almost nothing back. Their hours were tracked in yet another spreadsheet, typed in manually by coordinators after each event, if at all. And for someone who simply wanted to help out nearby this weekend, there was no single place to discover local events at all.
Everyone involved was doing good. The tools were just making it harder than it needed to be.
Understanding it together
We talked to both sides of the problem: NGO coordinators drowning in spreadsheet admin, and volunteers who'd shown up to events organized through five different channels. We shadowed the lifecycle of a real event — from "let's clean up the park" to the post-event hour-logging marathon — and listed every point where information got lost or retyped.
A key realization: this couldn't just be an admin tool for NGOs. Volunteers needed to *want* to be there — to discover events, see their impact grow, and feel part of a community. So we designed it as a social platform for doing good, with the admin power built in underneath.
From prototype to delivery
We prototyped two journeys in parallel: the organizer's ("create an event in five minutes") and the volunteer's ("find something good to do this Saturday in three taps"). Real coordinators and volunteers tested both, and their feedback reshaped the event page, the sign-up flow, and how updates reach attendees.
We built and launched with a pilot group of 3 NGOs, watched how real events ran through the platform, refined check-in and hour tracking based on what field days are actually like — patchy signal, muddy hands — and then opened the platform up more widely. Today, 10 NGOs and 350 volunteers run through it.

Our client -
a busy moving company — wasn't short on software. They already had a well-known CRM. On paper, it did everything. In practice, that was the problem: it did everything *except* fit them.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).
T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
